Role Description: This is a permanent full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer (QA-QC)

The QAQC Engineer will be responsible for:

• Quality Control - Quality Assurance of inward - Outward Materials
• Quality & ISO Auditing
• Quality Assurance Management Systems as per ASME & STM standards
• Internal / Client / Third Party Agency (TPIA) / End Client TPIA Inspection Planning, RFI & Task
• Communicate with Internal and External Client & Agencies on a day-to-day basis.
• As per Drawings / Specification Perform and Manage Quality depart Documents As per WPR / PQS / ITP and Standard
• Documentation & Inspection of QC activities.
•  Perform various outdoor inspections at vendor places.
  
•  Perform Mechanical testing of various materials on in house UTM machine.
•  Assign daily work load to in-house radiography team.
•  Interpret & Evaluate daily Radiographs of various project.
• Co-ordination of NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT, Etc) with various clients.
• Perform Ultrasonic Testing physically with various TPI or client
•  Prepare NDT procedure for various projects as per tender document & drawings
•  Ensure that radiation safety practices are strictly adhered by all worker
• Ensure smooth functioning of all radiography equipment.
•  Create WLL (Weld Location List) for NPCIL, BHAVINI, Projects

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Quality Level-II Certification
• Min 2-3 Years Experience in QAQC
• Valves-Strainer Manufacturing or Casting Industry Experience are preferable
• Quality Control and Inspection skills
• Quality Assurance and Quality Auditing skills
• Experience in Quality Management
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
